The Farmington Irving A. Robbins Middle School and FOCUS were the beneficiaries of a $5,000 grant from The REACH Foundation which will support a two-day alcohol and drug prevention workshop with Boston-based Freedom from Chemical Dependency as part of the eighth grade transition to high school. "Innovative programs in our schools that help kids make choices to keep them safe and healthy is important work that benefits the whole community," said Mr. Wilson.
