The Foundation grant to this newly established Institute was designated as scholarships for the Institute’s inaugural 35-hour certification Violence Prevention Training Course.  Located at the Wilson-Gray YMCA in Hartford, the Institute focuses on evidence-based strategies for the prevention of gun and community violence.
